Short crust pastry filled al layer of raspberry jam then frangipan and a scattering of flaked almonds. |
Chocolate brownies
They are made with 70% cocoa organic chocolate and the secret ingredients are sultanas to maintain their moistness. |
Eccles cakes
We use a delicious old recipe and they are bursting with raisins. |
Bread Pudding
You could not find anything more English than this although good bread pudding is hard to find.
Ours is delicious primarily because it is made with good bread, then we add fresh eggs butter and lots of dried fruit. |
